BIOGRAPHY<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n

Mar holds a Dual Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Law and Political Science from Universidad Aut\u00f3noma de Madrid (Spain), a Master in International Relations from the Norman Paterson School of International Affairs (Ottawa, Canada), an International MBA from IE Business School (Madrid, Spain) and an Executive Master in Positive Leadership and Strategy from IE School of Human Sciences and Technology (Madrid,Spain).<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Mar has extensive experience in strategy and business development and has held a number of positions across several industries and sectors. She began her career in international trade policy to later create her own imports company. She joined IE in January 2012 as Director of Admissions, to later become IE\u2019s Global Head of International Business Development, leading the institution\u2019s recruiting and business development activities through IE\u2019s 30 representative offices around the world. Today, Mar is IE\u2019s Vice President for Global Recruitment and Marketing, responsible for the institution\u2019s graduate and postgraduate marketing and commercial strategy. In addition, she is a member of IE\u2019s Board of Directors, IE\u2019s Ethics and Inclusion Committee, and Adjunct Professor in the areas of sustainability, responsible business, and well-being.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n
