She is a non- executive Director who has more than thirty years of international experience in the fields of Information Technology, Energy, Infrastructure, and Manufacturing. She has gained in-depth executive knowledge working at a senior level at Microsoft and Siemens. She has led highly successful organizations with a balance of effective strategy definition, methodical operational execution and her capacity to develop and motivate high performance teams. More than 15 years of experience as a non-executive Director in banking, insurance manufacturing, energy and infrastructure companies. She displays strong interpersonal skills, maintaining high profile stakeholders relationships.<\/strong><\/span>
