Margaret Johnston-Clarke is a French American Yale graduate with more than 28 years of work experience in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Corporate Social Responsibility, Philanthropy, Branding and Communications.<\/strong><\/p>\n

She has spent more than half of her career at L\u2019Or\u00e9al in key positions including Deputy General Manager of the L\u2019Or\u00e9al Corporate Foundation, Head of Brand Communications at Lanc\u00f4me and Garnier. She spent five years at LVMH as Head of Image and Integrated Communications for the Mo\u00ebt & Chandon House, and over six years at the non-profit Fondation Agir Contre l\u2019Exclusion (FACE) where she ran several educational programs in inner cities. Since May 2017, Ms. Johnston-Clarke is Global Chief Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Officer for the L\u2019Or\u00e9al Goupe.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ms. Johnston-Clarke lives in Paris, France and is married to an American artist with whom she has three children. She has been awarded Chevalier de l\u2019Ordre National du M\u00e9rite (National Order of Merit) and received the 2019 Woman Economic Empowerment Award from the Global Invest Sustainable AGEFI Awards. She is also a member of the Conseil de la Mixit\u00e9 et de l\u2019Egalit\u00e9 Professionnelle dans l\u2019Industrie since March 2019.<\/strong><\/p>\n
