11 a.m. – Meet at Grand Prince New Takanawa Hotel Lobby
12 noon – Shinkansen (Bullet train) from Shinagawa Station to Kyoto; Box Lunch served on the train
3 p.m. – 5 p.m – Bus tour to top Kyoto sites including Kiyomizu Temple and Fushimi Inari Shrine
7 p.m. – Dinner at Nagomi Kan in historic Kyoto

15 – MAY (Monday)
Entrance to the Sodoh Higashiyama Kyoto
9 a.m. – Guided morning walking tour to sights including: To-ji Temple, a UNESCO World Heritage Site; Nishi Hongwanji Temple; Shouseien Garden; Sanjusangen-do, a designated National Treasure; and Nishiki Market, a lively retail market specializing in fresh seafood, produce, knives and cookware, and is a great place to find seasonal foods and Kyoto specialties.
1 p.m. – 6 p.m. – Tour to Arashiyama, a mountainous, traditional district on the outskirts of Kyoto, well-known for its quintessential Japanese scenery
In Arashiyama, we will have an exclusive visit to Tenryu Temple, stroll the bamboo forest, cross the famous Togetsukyo bridge, and browse the traditional shopping street

6 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. – Dinner at the Sodoh Higashiyama Kyoto, Kyoto-style cuisine in a lovely garden atmosphere
