She brought to Spotify significant experience and leadership roles in Talent Management, D&amp;I, Leadership Development to major companies including Amazon as VP and CDO, as well as to Metlife, and earlier on to Marsh and Citigroup. With a broad array of experiences in managing global and regional organizations in the U.S., Europe, Latin America and Asia, she serves as a board member of The Opportunity Network, All Stars Project and A Fair Shake for Youth.
