As the Chief Diversity, Culture + Ex Officer, he focuses on business impact and people engagement \u2013 aspiring to ensure that underrepresentation continues to be addressed, striving for better diversity of thought at every level of the organization, all fostered through a culture of inclusion where everyone can feel that they truly belong.
