Chairs of both roundtables will report out any conclusions or innovative strategies emerging from these sometimes heated discussions.<\/h3>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #800000;\">*<em>Please note that the roundtables are designed to be an active discussion forum, not a social networking session. Each roundtable will be chaired by a discussion facilitator and is an essential part of the Colloquium Program.<\/em><\/span><\/h5>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Additional Highlights of the 2020 Colloquium:<\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h3><em>Why Unconscious Bias Programs Are Not Enough<\/em> which takes a deep dive into work culture changes needed for sustainable diversity practice;<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h3><em>Using AI for Retention and Decisionmaking, <\/em>which opens with a Mercer overview of tech tools in HR and D&amp;I, and how to evaluate their effectiveness, followed by two best practice applications;<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h3><em>Parental Leave:\u00a0 How Long is Enough Time?, <\/em>where the pros and cons of increased leave time whether by U.S. or European companies are presented and discussed; <em>\u00a0<\/em><\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h3><em>Are Certifications Useful? <\/em>which examines the growing number of certification programs in the U.S., Europe and Latin America and their impact on goal-setting and overall strategy;<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h3><em>Addressing Pay Gaps Aggressively<\/em>, which explores a continuing move from ineffective equal pay laws to more effective private sector practices in the U.S, France and Germany;<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h3><em>A Fireside Chat with Women CEOs, <\/em>which looks at what \u2018responsible\u2019 corporate leadership for 21<sup>st<\/sup> century companies entails;<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h3><em>The Quest for Board Leadership: Progress?<\/em> which provides a status report on board diversity globally and what\u2019s working to move the needle.<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>What does the Colloquium Cover?
